Practice Game v San Diego
Roos got an early lead in the top of the first inning after Austin Brady hit a triple, scoring two runs, and Zack Bagoyo doubled, scoring one run.
San Diego took the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of the fifth thanks to singles.
Brady provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Roos with two runs batted in. The number three hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Bagoyo, Brady, and Payton Lum each collected one hit for Roos.

Roos 2024 16U Come Up Short Against West Oahu
Roos went down to West Oahu 7-2 on Monday.
West Oahu got on the board in the top of the first inning after a triple scored two runs, a single and sac fly brought in 2 more for West Oahu.
Peyton Lum started on the bump for Roos and allowed three hits and six runs over three innings, striking out two and walking four.
Brennan Kim went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Roos in hits. Zac Carroll led Roos with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying seven walks for the game.

Roos V Alameda
Roos Despite Out Hitting Alameda
Even though got six hits to Alameda’s five, it wasn’t enough on Tuesday. Ryan Keanu led Roos with two hits.
Alameda got on board in the second with a ground out scoring one run.
Roos bounced back, 2-1, in the bottom of the fourth after Keanu doubled, and Alameda committed an error, each scoring one run.
A stolen run home helped Alameda tie the game at two in the top of the sixth. this was followed by a single in the 7th to give Alameda the lead, 4-2.
Noah Chong started the game giving up one hit and one run over three and one-third innings, striking out three and walking one.
Brennan Kim and Keanu each drove in one run.

Roos loose after a hard game against Mexico Verde
Roos had trouble keeping up with Mexico Verde in a 17-0 loss on Wednesday at CORP .
Mexico Verde jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning with a triple which, scored one run, and homer to left field, brought in another three runs.
Mexico Verde scored seven runs on six hits in the top of the third innings followed by 6 runs in the 6th inning to finish the game with a mercy.
William Hooper started the game on the mound for Roos and gave up four hits and seven runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out two and walking three.
Brennan Kim went 1-for-1 at the plate to lead Roos in hits.
Mexico Verde accumulated 15 hits in the game.

Roos lost to Fresno 5-2 on Thursday.
Fresno got on the board in the bottom of the third inning after a double scored one run, followed by 2 singles scoring 3 runs.
Peyton Lum started on the bump for Roos. They surrendered five hits and three runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out four and walking one. Rand Gushiken set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading Roos with two hits in four at bats. Roos accumulating six walks for the game. William Hooper and Noah Chong led the team with two walks each. Chong stole four bases. Roos stole 6 bases in total and recorded no errors.

Roos keep it tight against San Diego but can’t hold on, losing on a Walkoff
A walk-off left Roos on the wrong end of a 5-4 defeat to San Diego on Friday. San Diego were down 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh inning when a double scored 2 runs.
Brennan Kim singled, which helped Roos 2024 16U tie the game at 2 in the top of the fifth but a single gave San Diego the lead in the 5th.
A double by William Hooper gave Roos the lead again 4-3 in the top of the seventh.
Hooper provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Roos with 2 runs batted in. The third baseman went 1-for-2 on the day. Kim led Roos 2024 16U with two hits in two at bats. Rand Gushiken stole three bases. Roos were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Kim made the most plays with six.
