COVID Policy

Do not attend ;

  • If you are unwell. This includes: fever, coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste or runny nose
  • Have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or been to a hot spot in the last 14 days
  • Been told to isolate or waiting on COVID test results.
  • Have visited Victoria in the last 14 days.

Adhere to any current public health alerts from the Federal or State

Government.

High-risk groups such as the elderly or those with medical conditions to stay away from baseball activity

All players must provide their own equipment, including bats, batting helmets, catchers equipment.

Spitting is forbidden.

Carpooling should be avoided.

Participants are required to bring an adequate amount of hand sanitiser.

Participants must provide their own water bottles which are to be clearly labeled. Participants must also provide their own snacks.

Open area attendees including spectators must maintain social distancing of 1.5 meters and a maximum of 1 person per 4 square meters. Spectators should avoid cheering and chanting.

All participants should download the COVID-19 tracking app to their mobile phone.

Participants should avoid using change rooms and showers and instead should change in the car park or at home.

Participants should park as close as possible to the field being used. E.g. if at BISP park at the far end of the car park and use the back entrance to the diamonds to avoid congestion at the main entrance.

A register will be kept of all participants. Spectators are required to sign in or use a link or QR code to register their attendance.
